Main feature: The watermelon is a round fruit, of red pulp, tasty, and has a high content in Water (about 90%) and diameter of 25 or 75 centimeter. The shell has a green color and shiny, It has dark-green stretch on the long way. Besides of a high content of water, the Watermelon has also, carbohydrate, vitamin and mineral.
Utilization (benefits for human): The red pulp has lycopene, beta-carotene, ant-oxidant which helps against cancer, and anti-aging. The other compost of the fruit is citruline, which relax the blood vein , and recommended for those who have a high pressure. Because of a high content of water, the Watermelon juice stimulates the elimination of the uric acid.
