Main Features: The Cashew most of the time has taken as a fruit of the Cashew tree, but instead it is a Pseudo fruit, the fruit that Cashew as known has two parts: first the fruit is the cashew nutshell, and is the pseudo fruit, and has a piriform body, yellow-pink or red color. The pseudo fruit is riches in vitamin C. the nutshell almonds has fibs ,and protein, minerals ( magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, copper and zinc) and vitamin E. at the lipid part (fat) is a strong fatty acids. ( 60,3% ) and linoleic ( 21,5% ) ,that is unsaturated fatty and shows good stability, which is a characteristics wanted, for human health and food technology .
Utilization (benefits for human): There is so many ways to prepare the Cashew and the nutshell. One of the amino acids is the arginine that is on your metabolism, transform in oxide nitric and helps to winde the arteries and reduces the blood pressure. The nutshell prevent the cardio problems.
