Main features: The Acerola has a red color and has 20 to 40 grams. There is many kinds of Acerola, but in Brazil the most common species is “cabocla”, “cereja”, “apodi”, “furta-cor”, “Olivier”, “roxinha” e” rubra”, fruit typical of many tropical regions,that need the Sun very much to developing. It has vitamin C. The Acerola has, for example, more than 100 times the amount of vitamin C that orange has. The southeast region is the biggest producer in Brazil.

Flavors: It is sour, and smells like an apple.
